Last week, our team stepped away from the office for our annual retreat—this year anchored by the theme “If You Build It, They Will Come.” It was a chance to pause, reconnect with our purpose and messaging, and look ahead with fresh eyes and shared focus.
Of course, we had some fun along the way. We enjoyed relaxed dinners out in downtown Anoka, complete with great conversation, plenty of laughter, and maybe a few too many desserts. The retreat included competitive rounds of card games that brought out everyone’s playful side.
We came back energized and aligned, ready to keep building—with intention, with heart.
