Expanding Our Impact: Highlights from Our Annual Retreat

We are thrilled to share that our annual D&C retreat was a huge success! This year, we had the pleasure of welcoming Leah, who joined us all the way from her home in Maryland. For those who haven’t had the chance to see Leah on Zoom, she plays a vital role in our team, assisting with documentation and various back-office functions remotely.

Our retreat took place at a charming old farmhouse on a serene lake near Faribault. The setting provided the perfect backdrop for a productive and enjoyable few days. We indulged in delicious meals, engaged in meaningful conversations, and held business sessions that sparked new ideas. Between the outdoor games, cozy evenings by the fire overlooking the water, and a delightful dinner out on the town, it was a wonderful opportunity to connect and unwind as a team.

We left the retreat feeling inspired and energized, ready to make a difference!
